German BMW tuner, AC Schnitzer, has just announced their styling and performance package for the BMW X6.  Schintzer’s first order of business was to address the aerodynamics and bodywork of BMW’s first Sports Activity Coupe.

AC Schnitzer BMW X6 Body Kit

In the X6 by AC Schnitzer the front skirt with its diagonal air intakes and repositioned fog lights are exposed. The skid-plate protection has been removed in favor of a more dynamic contour of the spoiler edge. The rear carries a massive skirt with framed edges. In contrast to the original, all components are painted body-color throughout, so the body appears down stretched and more dominant. A rear diffuser has replaced the rear skid-plate protection.

AC Schnitzer BMW X6 Performance Upgrade

For those looking for a more sporting ride, AC Schnitzer has developed a unique suspension spring kit for the X6 on the North Loop of the Nürburgring. For performance, the only power upgrades available are a dual-flow exhaust system to match the new body kit and a re-tuned ECU for the diesel engine options.

To complete the AC Schnitzer X6 package, 22-inch Type VII wheels will be offered with 295/30-22 tires in front and massive 335/25-22 tires out back.
